Laser Scanning

We have Faro LS880, Trimble GS200 and Minolta scanners and use the most appropriate for the task in hand the data from all three can be output in a variety of formats to suit clients existing CAD applications.

• Shipbuilding
  Hull form surveys to verify actual against design or for the creation of lines plans from an existing hull.
  
• Architectural
  Terrestrial scanning to produce 3D point cloud from which sections, elevations and floor plans are derived.
  
• Heritage
  3D scanning for restoration, reclamation, archive or visualisation and education.
  
• Process Plant
  Production of as-built 3D CAD model or point cloud for front end engineering design prior to installation upgrade.
  
• Reverse Engineering
  3D surface modelling from point cloud data in order to replicate the component for an engineering process.
